Guard your sales
Anomaly Detective(beta) is your online store’s first line of defense against even subtle bugs or problems that crop up. Did your least-used payment option suddenly stop working because the gateway is returning an unexpected value? Now your sales are down 4% from what they should be. We take years of historical data and many different metrics to build a prediction of what your online sales will be. We then compare what they actually are to this forecast. If sales drop below this expectation range, we give you a heads up that something may be wrong. We run this model frequently to watch your store’s health like a hawk.
Your store is safe
We filter out PII (personally identifiable information) so we do not store customer address, contact information or other sensitive data. We import your sales data and traffic metrics then store them on our secure servers. We process this data through our Machine Learning algorithms to determine forecasts which we make available to you via our secure customer dashboard.
